# Alliance Manager Terms of Use Version: 1.2 Effective Date: Official Service Launch Date These Terms of Use set forth the conditions for using the Alliance Manager service provided by Double J Commerce and the rights and obligations between users and the operator. ## Article 1. Operator Information Service Name: Alliance Manager Business Name: Double J Commerce Representative: Jeong Young-min Business Registration Number: 489-19-01086 Address: 2731 Biseul-ro, Dalseo-gu, Daegu, Republic of Korea Email: contact@alliance-manager.app Hereinafter, Double J Commerce is referred to as the "Company," and users of Alliance Manager are referred to as "Users." ## Article 2. Service Alliance Manager is a service designed to support the operation of game Alliances or communities and may provide all or some of the following features: - Account and Profile management - Alliance creation, joining, and management - Friends and Block - DM, Group Chat, and other Chat features - Community posts and comments - Events - Votes - Alliance management features such as Alliance Grid - Credit and reward features - Profile customization items - Paid Chat access - Advertising and Rewarded Ads - Translation features - Other features added by the Company The detailed scope and conditions of each feature are governed by the latest information displayed in the app. ## Article 3. Age Requirement Alliance Manager may be used **only by Users who are at least 18 years old**. Persons under the age of 18 may not create an account or use the service. When creating an account, Users must confirm that they are at least 18 years old. ## Article 4. Terms and Privacy Policy Before creating an account, Users must agree to these Terms and review the Privacy Policy. Where separate consent or choices are required for matters such as advertising-related personal data processing, the Company provides them separately from acceptance of these Terms. ## Article 5. Account Users may create an account using email or authentication methods supported by the Company, such as Google or Apple. Users are responsible for securely managing their accounts and authentication information and must not use another person's account without authorization or improperly share their own account. The Company may require re-authentication when necessary for security or verification of account ownership. ## Article 6. Profiles and Verification Users may create and manage Profiles within the limits permitted by the service. The number of additional Profile Slots, the number provided free of charge, and the maximum number of Profiles are governed by the latest product and service policies displayed in the app. Where images or other materials are required for Profile verification, such materials are used only for verification purposes and are deleted after verification in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Successful verification does not mean that the Company guarantees all information or activities of the relevant User. ## Article 7. Alliance and Shared Features Alliance permissions, Ranks, management functions, and feature-specific access rights are determined in accordance with the service's permission policies. The Block feature takes priority over personal interactions. However, public information required for shared Alliance operations, including Events, Votes, and Grid, may not be arbitrarily deleted or distorted solely because of a Block. ## Article 8. Friends and Chat A Friend relationship alone does not grant free access to paid Chat features. DM, Group Chat, Global Chat, and similar features may require an access right or Entitlement displayed in the app. Direct interactions such as DMs, Friend requests, and mentions between blocked Users may be restricted in accordance with Company policy. ## Article 9. Credit Credit is a unit of value within the service used for designated services and digital items in Alliance Manager. Credit may be obtained through free rewards provided by the Company or through purchases via the App Store, Google Play, or other supported channels. Ordinary Credit does not have an arbitrary automatic expiration period while the account remains in good standing. However, where specific event or promotional Credit has a separate validity period, the Company will clearly disclose it before granting the Credit. Unless otherwise required by law, Credit is not cash, a deposit, or legal tender and may not be freely transferred, sold, or exchanged between Users. The Company's internal systems may distinguish the source of free Credit and purchased Credit in transaction records. Credit obtained through erroneous grants, duplicate grants, payment cancellation, chargebacks, system errors, or misconduct may be recovered or adjusted after the relevant records are reviewed. ## Article 10. Rewarded Ads A Rewarded Ad is an advertising reward feature that a User **voluntarily chooses to view**. Specific conditions such as the current reward amount and daily usage limit are displayed in the latest Reward Policy or Rewarded Ad screen in the app. Even if viewing of an advertisement is completed, Credit may not be granted if server verification is not completed. Duplicate rewards are not granted for advertisement requests identified as failed, cancelled, verification-failed, duplicated, or replayed. The Company may change Rewarded Ad amounts, frequency, or other conditions in the future according to economic policy or the advertising environment and will display changes in the app where necessary. ## Article 11. Advertising and AD FREE The service may display banner advertisements, interstitial advertisements, or other advertising. For Users with an active AD FREE product, automatic banner and automatic interstitial advertisements specified in the product description are removed. AD FREE does not mean that Rewarded Ads voluntarily selected by a User to receive Credit rewards are removed. Refusing advertising-related personal data choices does not automatically grant the AD FREE product. Depending on regional privacy and advertising requirements, non-personalized ads, limited ads, or no ads may apply. ## Article 12. Paid Products and Payments Digital products offered through the service are generally sold through the payment systems of the applicable app marketplace, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play. The product price, period of use, whether it automatically renews, whether it is consumable, and the specific content provided are displayed before purchase. Payment cancellations, refunds, withdrawal rights, and similar matters are handled in accordance with applicable law, the relevant Store policies, and the nature of the product. The Company does not exclude rights granted to Users by applicable law. ## Article 13. Purchase Restoration If the app is reinstalled or the device is changed while using the same Alliance Manager account, Credit, Profile Slots, and other account rights properly recorded on the server may continue to be available through that account. This is separate from a Store's "Restore Purchases" function. Store-restorable non-consumable products, such as AD FREE Lifetime, may be restored after server verification where a valid purchase is confirmed, the purchase has not been refunded, cancelled, or revoked, and there is no problem with its association with an existing account. The same Store purchase may be restricted from simultaneous use by multiple active Alliance Manager accounts. Consumable products such as Credit Packages or Profile Slots may not support ordinary Store restoration to a new account after account deletion. ## Article 14. Fixed-Term and Subscription Services Actual access rights for products provided for a specified period, such as +Chat, are determined based on the Store purchase status and the Alliance Manager server Entitlement status. For automatically renewing products, cancellation of a subscription through the Store generally does not terminate rights before the end of an already-paid period. Deleting an account does not mean that an external subscription through the App Store or Google Play is automatically cancelled. ## Article 15. Translation Features Translation features may be provided for certain Chat functions. Credit may be deducted when a User exceeds the translation amount included with a product or access right, or when a particular access right is used. The applicable criteria are displayed in the app before use. For translation failures, system errors, or processing that is not chargeable under Company policy, Credit may not be deducted in accordance with the applicable policy. The Company does not guarantee the complete accuracy of automatic translations. ## Article 16. User Content Users may create or transmit content through Chat, Community, Profiles, and other supported features. Users must hold the rights necessary for content they post. The following conduct is prohibited: - Threats, harassment, or abusive language directed at others - Hateful or discriminatory content - Illegal or harmful content - Illegal sexual content, including child sexual exploitation - Unauthorized disclosure of another person's personal information - Impersonation, fraud, or phishing - Repeated spam or malicious links - Interference with service security or normal operation - Infringement of intellectual property rights - Other violations of applicable law or service policies ## Article 17. Reporting and Blocking Users may report Users, messages, Community posts, or other supported content. Reporting and Block are separate features. Block may immediately apply to personal interactions regardless of whether a report has been submitted. A User is not automatically permanently suspended solely based on the number of reports. A reporter is not penalized merely because a good-faith report is determined not to constitute a violation. Restrictions may apply where intentional false reporting or repeated abuse of the reporting system is confirmed. ## Article 18. Content Filtering and Moderation The Company may automatically or manually detect and restrict content that threatens service safety, including spam, phishing, clearly prohibited content, or malicious links. Automated systems may block publication, temporarily hide content, or impose temporary restrictions. As a general principle, a permanent suspension is not determined solely on the basis of an automated detection result. ## Article 19. Enforcement Measures Depending on the seriousness and repetition of a violation, the Company may take the following measures: - Hide or delete content - Issue a warning - Temporarily restrict specific features - Temporarily suspend an account - Permanently restrict service access Where possible, restrictions are first applied only to the extent necessary for the feature in which the violation occurred. However, graduated measures may be skipped in cases involving serious illegal conduct, fraud, phishing, threats, attacks on the service, or repeated abuse. Reasons and relevant records are maintained for serious enforcement measures. ## Article 20. Appeals Users subject to long-term or permanent restrictions may submit an appeal through a method provided by the Company. The Company may review the existing decision materials and information submitted by the User and maintain, reduce, or lift the measure. Repeated and malicious abuse of the appeal process regarding the same matter may be restricted. Even where an account is suspended, the Company does not restrict the exercise of privacy rights, account deletion requests, or necessary legal inquiry channels. ## Article 21. Account Deletion Users may initiate account deletion from the service settings. The Company may also provide a means to request account deletion through an external web path in accordance with applicable Store policies. The Company may require reasonable re-authentication or final confirmation to verify the User's identity. Upon account deletion, the following data and rights are generally deleted or released: - Account and authentication information - Profiles - Friends and Block relationships - Alliance Membership - General settings information - Community posts and comments - Chat message bodies - Available Credit - Profile Slots and other service rights associated with the account Where necessary to preserve the structure of a Chat conversation, only a de-identified placeholder such as "Deleted message." may remain instead of the message body. Minimum records that must be retained for payment, refund, dispute, security, misuse, reporting incidents, or other legitimate or legally required purposes may be retained separately from ordinary account data with restricted access. ## Article 22. Account Deletion and Paid Products Upon account deletion, held Credit and consumable rights associated with the account expire and are not automatically transferred to a new account. However, a non-consumable purchase that remains valid in a Store may be restorable to a new account depending on Store and server verification results. Refunded or cancelled purchases cannot be restored. If an active automatically renewing subscription exists, the Company will inform the User that subscription management or cancellation through the Store may be necessary before deletion. Account deletion itself will not be unreasonably restricted solely because such information must be provided. ## Article 23. Long-Term Inactivity As a general principle, the Company does not arbitrarily delete a valid account, Credit, or valid Entitlement solely because the User has not logged in for an extended period. However, re-login or identity verification may be required where necessary for security or account protection. Personal information is separately managed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law based on its processing purpose and retention period. ## Article 24. Changes and Suspension of the Service Service features may change due to security, technical, legal, Store policy, operational, or business needs. Where a change materially affects Users, the Company will provide notice through reasonable means. ## Article 25. Service Termination For a planned termination of the service, the Company will, where reasonably possible, provide advance notice of the termination date and its effects and may progressively restrict new sales, registrations, or renewals. Where advance notice is impracticable due to urgent legal action, security incidents, Store action, infrastructure failure, or similar circumstances, the Company will provide notice as promptly as reasonably possible. Upon service termination, remaining paid products, Credit, and access rights are handled in accordance with applicable law, Store policies, the nature of the product, usage status, and transaction records. These Terms do not categorically exclude statutory refund or consumer rights. ## Article 26. Intellectual Property Rights in the service's software, designs, logos, data structures, and content created by the Company belong to the Company or the lawful rights holder. Users retain their rights in content they create. The Company does not arbitrarily use User content beyond the scope necessary to provide, secure, or moderate the service. ## Article 27. Service Restrictions and Security The Company may temporarily restrict an account or feature to the extent necessary for service security, fraud prevention, system protection, or compliance with legal obligations. Where improper Credit grants, advertising Reward replay, payment fraud, or system abuse is confirmed, the related economic effects may be adjusted. ## Article 28. Limitation of Liability The Company makes reasonable efforts to provide the service reliably. However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, liability may be limited for interruptions caused by natural disasters, failures of external Store, advertising, telecommunications, or cloud services, causes attributable to the User, or circumstances that the Company cannot reasonably control. This Article shall not be interpreted to exempt the Company from liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. ## Article 29. Personal Information The processing of personal information is governed by the Alliance Manager Privacy Policy. ## Article 30. Governing Law and Disputes These Terms are primarily governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. However, where mandatory consumer protection laws or other non-waivable rights apply in the country or region where a User resides, these Terms do not limit such rights. If a dispute arises, the parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve it and, if unresolved, will follow procedures available under applicable law. ## Article 31.
